Full description
Culcairn Court of Petty Sessions within the Albury Police District was created on 28 June 1912 under the provisions of s.5 of the Justices Act 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (1)
The records of the Walbundrie Court of Petty Sessions were transferred to the Culcairn Court of Petty Sessions on 31 December 1965 when the Walbundrie Court of Petty Sessions was abolished. (2)
The Culcairn Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 31 December 1984 when the Local Courts Act 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (3)
