Coff's Harbour Court of Petty Sessions, within the Grafton Police District, was created on 7 February 1907 under the provisions of s.5 of the Justices Act, 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (1)
The records of the Coramba Court of Petty Sessions were transferred to the Coffs Harbour Court of Petty Sessions on 1 November 1963 when the Coramba Court of Petty Sessions was abolished. (2)
Coffs Harbour Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 31 December 1984, when the Local Courts Act 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (3)
