Albion Park Court of Petty Sessions in the Kiama Police District was created on 16 November 1894 under the provisions of s.459 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1883 (46 Vic. No.17). (1)
From 1 January 1972 it became part of the Wollongong Petty Sessions District. (2)
The Albion Park Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 31 December 1984 when the Local Courts Act 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (3)
