The Broken Hill Branch of the Public Trustee was opened on 1 July 1946 for the delivery of services to the local area. (1) The branch provided services for clients including the management of trusts or estates, the preparation of wills, arranging seminars or the provision of speakers at meetings. (2)
In March 1971 the Broken Hill Branch was located at the Court House, Argent Street, Broken Hill. (3) It was still located at the Court House in April 1998 and in 2009. (4)
When the NSW Trustee and Guardian was established on 1 July 2009 the branch became part of that agency. (5)
As of 2023 the Branch was located at Government Offices, Level 3, 32 Sulphide Street, Broken Hill. (6)
