This repository contains the source code for the manuscript titled "Addressing Safety, Quality, and Cost of Care Through a Telehealth Outpatient Transitional Care Model: A Pragmatic Randomized Controlled Trial".

The main code can be found in the tables.R file. This file is mostly structured in order of the results, but for many of the sections, I have copied the data manually from R into the manuscript.

The resources/functions.R code has a bunch of utility functions which I used throughout various stages of analysis. Some of these functions may not be used in the tables.R file.

There are two setup.R files. The resources/setup.R file is responsible for coding the data from numeric to factor data (data dictionary in resources/TToMMI_DataDictionary_2026-08-25.csv), and merging the REDCap and clinical data. The setup.R file selects the necessary columns (the raw REDCap file had something like 980 columns), and filters to those included in the analysis.

I am unable to provide a copy of the data due to ethics requirements.
