This data set contains physical locations and measured variables of Acropora colonies affected by bleaching. The data set also contains the images used to assess the extent of the bleaching for each colony.

Notes

This data set is available as a spreadsheet saved in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and Open Document (.ods) formats, and as a KMZ file which can be opened in Google Earth.
