Full description

The Port Phillip Sea Pilots were formed originally as companies under the overall regulation of VA 4179 Pilot Board of Victoria and, from 1888, VA 1424 Marine Board. It is believed that this volume belongs to the Port Phillip Sea Pilots or to the company based at Williamstown.

This series contains three separate sets of records. The first is a General Ledger for the years 1912 to 1923 and the second is a Cash Account Book showing receipts and disbursements for the years 1917 to 1923. The third record is a Purchase book showing commitments to purchase and amounts for the years 1917 to 1929.
