Brief description

ACCESS-R is an archive of surface heat flux components (latent, longwave, sensible, and shortwave), surface air temperature, cloud cover, precipitation, and wind velocities surface wind velocities and mean sea-level pressure produced operationally by the Bureau of Meteorology.
