[Cite as https://purl.org/au-research/grants/nhmrc/GNT1169269]Brief description My aim is to assess disparities in stroke occurrence, services utilised and outcomes between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (hereafter referred to as Aboriginal) and non-Aboriginal people in SA, NT and WA, and determine barriers to care. This project will provide an evidence base to assist in identifying the services that should be targeted for improvement, in order to ‘close the gap’ in outcomes between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people with stroke.
