Full description Long-read sequencing is a new development in DNA/RNA sequencing. It helps to find mutations and other genomic features that can never be found before. Mapping read sequences to the genome is usually the first step in the analysis. We will use many novel concepts to develop a new tool for long-read mapping. Because of its high efficiency and accuracy compared with the current tools, it can strongly enhance the value of long-read sequencing in both research and clinical settings.
