The work 'Passing Places I'll never know' builds upon my ongoing research into mirroring memory the present and duration via photography and painting. It developed new knowledge through the production of new works that expoited colour and image combining photography with painted drawing to engage the viewer in consideriation of the multiple time structures in the work. Reflective painted zones act as a mirror to heighten the awareness of looking in time and how this affects our understanding of being in the world.
