The series contains the transcripts and exhibits generated by the Board of Inquiry into Housing Commission Purchases. The Board heard evidence on 75 days between 25 August 1977 and 25 January 1978. The transcripts provide a true and accurate record of all hearings conducted by the Board of Inquiry. For each hearing of proceedings, the actual transcript is preceded by a cover page, providing details of the session's day, date, Commissioner's name (Sir Gregory Gowans, Q.C.)
