Brief description

A field survey was conducted by the Centre for Marine Futures, University of Western Australia (UWA) under contract to Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) as part of the Woodside Energy Ltd Pluto LNG Project Baseline Marine Habitat Survey. The survey was undertaken to benchmark the existing distribution, relative abundance and size structure of fish assemblages within Mermaid Sound, Western Australia.

The survey was undertaken using stereo Baited Remote Underwater Video Systems (stereo-BRUVS), a non-destructive, fishery independent sampling technique. This file identifies the locations of the sampled sites.
