Brief description

Supporting 16S and ITS Illumina MiSeq data for the paper "Vineyard soil microbiome composition related to rotundone concentration in Australian cool climate ‘peppery’ Shiraz grapes" by Vadakattu et al.

Lineage

16S and ITS marker gene regions were selected and amplified using PCR, and the resulting DNA was then sequenced by AGRF on an Illumina MiSeq system. Details of the methods can be found in the paper.
