Brief description

Two supermatrices and phylogenetic trees for the manuscript Smissen et al., A revised subtribal classification of Gnaphalieae (Asteraceae), to be published in TAXON.

Lineage

Data were obtained from Genbank. We selected the longest sequence for each species and gene region, aligned with MAFFT, and concatenated using custom-written Python scripts. The phylogeny was inferred with RAxML.

Data time period: 2017-08-01 to 2018-06-30
