Brief description Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) are bright millisecond-duration radio transients first discovered using the Parkes radio telescope. Based on measurements of FRB arriving time at different radio frequencies, astronomers believe that FRBs come from distant galaxies and they are ideal tools to probe a range of astrophysics. In this proposal, we propose to use the Parkes radio telescope to observe a new FRB which repeats regularly. We aim to reveal the periodicity and emission properties of this FRB using the new Parkes receiver system.
