These files contain registration forms, correspondence, inspectors' reports and papers concerning stores for milk and dairy products within the designated milk zones prior to 1970, and throughout New South Wales thereafter. There are files relating to stores which have ceased trading. Occasionally the files include an inspector's rough plan of the store lay-out, and prosecution papers and transcripts of evidence.
