Tracing changes in relationship models between same sex relationships between women and changing relationship practices since 1945. Coverage is Australia. The project involves archival research and oral history interviews.
This collection contains;
- Fifty oral history interviews between 1 hour and 2.5 hours long. Recorded on a digital voice recorder. Raw transcriptions have been made. There is no plan to use text analysis (such as NVivo) over these transcriptions.
- Lots of archival materials. Database of newspaper articles on the subject of lesbian intimacy - thirty pages - a resource others might use. Primarily Australian newspapers.
- Trove is being used for some archival research, but only covers part of the period under study.
- Basic demographic data about participants.
- Log of the interviews that is a summary of what was discussed in order and identifying a few of the key things that were raised. e.g. parenting vs no mention, time period, etc.
