Full description One in 5 Australians over 45 have osteoarthritis. Lifestyle management is the best approach for most people, with education, self-management, exercise & weight loss recommended. This research program will test different lifestyle strategies to see if they are effective, including if technology can help to deliver & support lifestyle care. I will also test strategies for increasing clinician & patient knowledge about lifestyle care. Findings will improve osteoarthritis care & self-management.
