Data for this project includes higher degree research (HDR) students'self-reports, questionnaires and interviews. Self-report data: ten Chinese research students documented the argumentation they engaged with as they undertook their research projects. Interview data: thirty supervisors of Chinese research students were interviewed to assess improvement. Survey data: survey data were collected from international research students and academics.
