This series consists of a single volume of escort records for Endeavour House at Tamworth.
Entries are in the form of handwritten notes made on each occasion a resident was transported to another location (e.g. court, hospital, other facilities). Details recorded include date, the name of the resident being transported, often the names of the escorts, notes on why the journey was made, an account of the journey, any observations about the behaviour of the boys, and any follow-up actions required. Later entries were signed off and dated by a superior officer.
