Brief description

The collection includes transcripts of interviews, survey data, sensory analysis and focus group sessions from across the value chain, including producers, retailers, consumers and chefs.  The research also included in-store testing of branding and point of sale material, as well as interviews with fishmongers on the value of recipe cards.
